How We Assess Risk
TRACE’s signature tools—RIM™, RIME™, and TRACE Report Cards—are built on documented, open-source intelligence. Each score begins with a Risk Assessment Briefing: a verified profile based on public conduct, affiliations, and digital activity. Our analysts use a standardized rubric to ensure consistency, and in educator cases, we may consult mental health experts to evaluate potential risks to students.
TRACE provides custom scorecards to track exposure to ideological bias, extremist content, and teacher misconduct.
RIM™ – Radical Influence Measure
Evaluates how much a person’s public content (like social media posts, videos, or activism) may promote extremist, violent, or ideologically radical ideas
RIME™ – Radical Influence Measure for Educators
Specifically assesses teachers, librarians, and school staff for behaviors or content that may cross ethical, legal, or professional lines, especially when it puts children at risk of ideological indoctrination or psychological harm.
Risk Assessment Briefings
A documented profile that includes all relevant open-source evidence related to an individual’s public behavior, affiliations, statements, and conduct
